As such, registered participants will be required to provide their own PPE (hard hats, safety boots, life vest, and reflective vest). Be advised that we will be travelling to and from the site as a group, without exception.

Any registered participants that arrive at the rally point after we have departed are prohibited from accessing the site independently and should wait in the parking lot for the group to return if they have any questions.

Please be advised that Houghtaling Island is a known tick habitat. Please familiarize yourself with and take the recommended precautions to protect yourself from tick bites.

Participants should also be aware that there may be active ground wasp nests throughout the site. We will be entering the site utilizing a dock, latter and gangways, and via an existing pipeline egress corridor containing a moderate-to-steep incline.
