Potential Bidders are reminded that only the minimum documents are required for bid submission:

2. Acknowledged amendments.
3. Filled out bid schedule and totals.
4. Bid Guarantee.
5. Bidders must check off box (d) in 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications (DEC 2019) for being on SAM.gov
This will help reduce file size and speed up electronic transfer in the DoD SAFE site.

These questions may have been paraphrased or altered to represent several questions regarding the same subject and/or simply revised to clarify and simplify the question(s). Questions and answers are issued to the Offerors “for information only ”and do not revise the solicitation, plans or specifications.).
Question 26: We could not find any copies of prevailing wages in any of documents for this project.
Answer 26: The Wage Rates are provided in the solicitation.
Question 27: Section 028200 - page 31, 3.2.14 "The CM hires ....third-party air sampling per NYS-DOL IC-56...", has the government retain third-party air sampling company or would allow the bidder hire a third-party or entertain bids for this project separately?
Answer 27: The government has a third-party air sampling company.
Question 28: The quantity summaries provided in ATC Spec section 02 08 00 Scope of Work pages 6-10 dated July 10, 2019 for Building 1 and 2 are almost identical however the buildings are completely different in size and height, please clarify.
Answer 28: Please refer to ACM report by ATC Item#4 on page 6 for the summary breakdown of the confirmed ACM amounts for both buildings.
Question 29: Solicitation page 35, Item 0002, is this the total of a lump sum bid based on the above noted quantity tables or a total of the below Items 0002AA, 0002AB and 0002AC unit prices on estimated quantities?
Answer 29: Yes. Please review each line item for the correct estimated quantity.
