REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND RESPONSES
21 AUGUST 2019
1.) The RFP states that all non-price factors when combined are approximately equal to price. Will the
Government consider releasing Part I Factor ratings for the Volume I and III(a) RFP submission to allow the offeror to determine our ability to submit a best value price proposal based on Part I Factor ratings? For example, if our projects are deemed not relevant, we would wish to withdraw from the Part II process.
RESPONSE: No.
2.) The RFP states "The Foundation System Contractor/ Subcontractor shall submit completed Drilled Pier Foundation projects with at least one (1) of these projects demonstrating experience completing drilled pier foundations in Karst Pinnacled Limestone."
