About this file
These are site location maps for two proposed playground sites associated with a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project at Harry S. Truman Lake in Missouri. The first map shows the Bucksaw Playground Location, which is situated in a wooded area with surrounding trees and overhead powerlines. The site is noted to have plenty of room for a 1,500 square foot playground with flexibility in footprint orientation. The second map depicts the Shawnee Bend Playground Location, which is an open site near a parking area and waterfront, with minimal surrounding trees or obstructions. Both maps are marked as not to scale and intended for general location reference only, supporting the federal contract opportunity for playground equipment purchase and installation at these two public use areas.

Text version
Bucksaw Playground Location
* Map not to scale, just for general location reference only.
*The footprint does not necessarily need to be square. There are trees around the Bucksaw site, there are overhead powerlines behind the Bucksaw site. This tends to be best suited for an abstract footprint, plenty of room to place and orient the 1500 sq ft playground.
Shawnee Bend Playground Location
* Map not to scale, just for general location reference only.
*Site location is open, not surrounding trees or obstructions.
