1) I am not able to find the exact location of the "Kimble Point campsite loop" on google maps. Can you provide the latitude and longitude coordinates for this location, this is needed to get accurate measurements for the branch feeders to each RV pedestal from each panelboard located on the shelter and also the feeders from the equipment rack to the panelboards located on the shelter. We do not have a "to scale" drawing to use to achieve these measurements.

--Google Earth Pro depicts the Kimble Point transformer pad at approximately 38 d 37 43'.56"N and 97 d 59 01' 96"W

2) Please confirm that per addendum # 1 we are to locate (1) meter (furnished and installed by AVEC) and (2) 200 amp disconnects ONLY on the new equipment rack next to the AVEC transformer and then install the (2) 200 amp load centers on the exterior wall of the shelter.

From each one of these (2) disconnects we are to install (2) separate feeders of XLP USE-2 # 4/0 direct buried to each of the (2) load centers located on the exterior wall of the shelter.

--Vendor provided rack will contain spacing for the utility provided meter can in addition to the two disconnects and load centers. Shelter mounted features will include only the light and receptacle components.

3) Please provide the sizes and quantities of the branch breakers required inside each of the (2) the load centers that are to feed the (7) RV pedestals and also please provide the quantity and sizes of the branch feeders from the (2) load centers to each RV pedestal location ( is one feeder each required to feed 3 or 4 pedestals respectively in series or are multiple feeders required for this from each load center to each individual pedestal ?)

--Two, 200A load centers will supply 7 campsite panels. One center will supply 4 campsites in series. The other center will supply 3 campsites in series in addition to the shelter components.

4) Please provide pictures (of at least one) of the existing to be replaced RV pedestals at all locations as well as cut sheets or manufacturers catalog numbers of these so we can verify if the wires that are required to be reconnected inside of the existing pedestals will be long enough to re terminate into the new pedestals "as is" without modification or splicing. if these existing conductors are not long enough it could possibly require moving the existing locations of the pedestals to a new location in order to gain more wire length as well as removal and replacement of existing concrete pads at these locations etc.

Existing panels at Kanopolis Lake, Cottonwood Loop are Midwest brand, Model # H2P-41-C6

Existing panels at Wilson Lake, B Loop are Midwest brand, Model U075GP6

Existing panels at Wilson Lake, C Loop are not identifiable by Manufacturer or Model # from exterior.

All other Wilson Lake panels are Midwest brand with Model #'s not discernable from the exterior.

Vendors are encouraged to make a site visit and field verify.
