About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document from the question period for federal contract solicitation W912CM26-Q-A013. The document does not address required products or services, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or other substantive solicitation details. Rather, it provides clarifications on six specific inquiries regarding contract requirements and personnel qualifications.
Key clarifications include: the 613A letter (which addresses employee compensation continuity) does not apply to this new contract; the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager need only be available by phone and email rather than on-site; contractor-supplied vehicles are optional but must be provided if necessary to complete Performance Work Statement tasks; only 2 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) are required, consistent with the estimated 3,471 workload hours; and contractor personnel must possess an active Tier 1 personnel security clearance in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) at proposal submission and maintain this clearance throughout contract performance.
