If yes, does the EMT need to be epoxied at all of the joints and plates? YES

7. Will the government coordinate access to the mechanical rooms? YES, as needed

ii. Or can the response time requirement be fulfilled by just having someone call the customer to trouble shoot the problem and more time added to actually send someone to fix a physical problem?

To expand on number 11. The room itself cannot be left without an alarm or there must be a constant guard on it. If the contractor wants to initially call to troubleshoot this would be acceptable as long as if the issue is not fixed in a 30 min to an hour phone call that someone will be dispatched to the location immediately.

Building 4119:

200 feet away from where the ICIDS panel will be located? Approximately YES

2. There is an air conditioning unit just inside the door of the vault that will block the motion sensor from being able to see the whole room. Does the government want 2 motion sensors in this vault? The Government wants full coverage of the room, however this is accomplished is up to the contractor.
