About this file

This is an Industry Interest and Security Verification Registration Form for the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) Industry Engagement Phase 1 event. The U.S. Army's Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Agile Sustainment & Ammunition (PAE AS&A) is conducting a multi-phase industry engagement initiative to inform the Army's TWV acquisition strategy for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) FY30 cycle. The Phase 1 event is scheduled for November 9-10, 2026, at Weber's Hotel & Restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and will feature government-led interactive briefings, vignettes, and targeted challenge sessions designed around Army context and problem statements. Industry participants are explicitly expected to engage actively with presentations and ask questions. The format includes limited five to ten-minute one-on-one sessions on Day 2 afternoon to allow vendors to discuss proprietary concepts, clarify specific points, and introduce commercial solutions outside the open forum.

Registration is limited to a maximum of three representatives per organization, with a submission deadline of October 28, 2026, at 1700 EST. All attendees must be verified U.S. citizens representing authorized U.S. Department of Defense contractors, with strict restrictions prohibiting foreign national participation without prior Foreign Disclosure Officer authorization. Security requirements include verification of either an active DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) through the Joint Certification Program or completion of NIST SP 800-171 assessment for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) / Distribution Statement C handling. Organizations must provide company identification, CAGE code, SAM.gov UEI, facility security clearance level, and attestations regarding Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence. The registration form requests detailed attendee information including names, titles, contact information, U.S. citizenship verification, and security clearance levels, as well as indication of interest in the Day 2 one-on-one sessions with topic focus areas.
