About this file

This is an Industry Interest & Security Registration Form for the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) Industry Engagement - Phase 1 event hosted by the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Agile Sustainment & Ammunition (PAE AS&A). The in-person event is scheduled for November 9-10, 2026, at Weber's Hotel & Restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a registration deadline of October 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. The event is classified as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) / Distribution Statement C and is limited to a maximum of three representatives per organization.

The form requires companies to provide comprehensive security verification and eligibility documentation, including active DD Form 2345 certification through the Joint Certification Program (JCP), facility security clearance levels, NIST SP 800-171 / SPRS assessment status, and attestations regarding Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) and U.S. citizenship of all attendees. All participants must be verified U.S. citizens representing authorized U.S. Department of Defense contractors; foreign national attendance is prohibited without prior Foreign Disclosure Officer authorization. Phase 1 will feature government-led sessions on core lifecycle areas organized around Army context, challenges, and vignettes, with interactive Q&A encouraged. The form also solicits industry input on specific challenges to support vignette development and offers limited 5-10 minute one-on-one sessions on Day 2 for discussion of proprietary concepts, clarification of technical questions, and introduction of commercial solutions. Organizations may alternatively request retention on distribution lists for Phase 2 white papers and subsequent acquisition updates if unable to attend in-person.
