About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912CH-25-R-0219, addressing clarifications from potential bidders regarding submission requirements and contract specifications.
The document provides two key clarifications: First, the Technical Information Questionnaire (TIQ) must be submitted concurrently with the proposal as part of the final submission package, rather than prior to bid submission. Second, the correct quantity for the Ground Hop Kit (NSN 2920-01-700-1933, Part Number 57K7985) is 35 units, not 24 units as previously listed in the Price Evaluation Spreadsheet. Bidders are directed to Amendment 0006 and the updated Price Evaluation Worksheet on SAM.Gov for corrected figures. This solicitation is for a Small Business Set-Aside issued by the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal for a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a 100% option, requiring JCP Certification for access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package and Military Level A packaging compliance.
