About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation W912BV26RA015 issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, KO Contracting Division in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the Broken Bow Powerhouse Roof Replacement project.
The amendment extends the proposal due date from 18 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (UTC -5). Additionally, the amendment adds Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, to the solicitation requirements. The clause prohibits contractors and subcontractors from engaging in racially discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities, defined as disparate treatment based on race or ethnicity in recruitment, employment, contracting, program participation, or resource allocation. Contractors must comply with information and reporting requirements, report known subcontractor violations to the Contracting Officer, and flow down the clause requirements to all subcontractors at any tier, except where performance occurs outside the United States. Noncompliance may result in contract cancellation, termination, or suspension, and contractor ineligibility for future Government contracts. The Government point of contact is Clinton J. Yandell at clinton.j.yandell@usace.army.mil, (918) 669-4920. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
