The EPP will be submitted within 30 days of the date of the HAZMAT survey. Asbestos and lead-safe work practices shall be reflected in this plan.

4.5. Hazardous Material Abatement Plan (HMAP): The HMAP will describe the results of previous sampling events, inspections, and surveys. Each separate hazardous material found in the surveys will be identified, the hazards associated with the material listed, and a detailed plan for abatement identified.

The HMAP will also identify and state the qualifications of each of the workers who will take part in the abatement activities. The HMAP will be submitted within 30 days of the date of the HAZMAT survey.
