Direct replies to:

Contract Specialist, Constance Ellard: Constance.R.Ellard@usace.army.mil Contracting Officer, Nadine Catania: Nadine.L.Catania@usace.army.mil Background:

The bus duct enclosure roofs show signs of rust deterioration on the inside of the enclosure underneath the 15kV bushings. It is unclear how much deterioration has occurred as the exterior does not show any signs of rust. USACE has explored the option of replacing the bus duct enclosure in whole but the bus ducts enclosure appears to be a custom enclosure and the idea of a repair seems more cost effective.

Question:

Does the contactors have any recommended repairs for the bus duct enclosure roofs?
