About this file
This document provides details for an industry day presentation and federal contract opportunity for the installation of generator step-up transformers at Fort Randall Dam. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District will conduct a virtual industry day on April 27, 2020 to introduce the project and solicit feedback on specifications from contractors. The presentation will cover the project scope and schedule, site logistics, and contracting information. A fixed price construction contract valued between $8-12.5 million will be awarded in February 2021, with work to be completed over two outage periods from 2021-2023. Contractors must submit any questions regarding the industry day through the ProjNet system by May 4, 2020.
