2.0 BASIS OF AWARD: Selection for award will be determined using the Tradeoff Process in accordance with FAR 15.101. Request for Proposal Page
FAR 52.236-1 notes that, self perform percentages will be provided as applicable on a Task Order basis.
However, Factor 2 has a requirement asking offerors to "Describe the type of work your firm or (joint venture) would self-perform under this contract to be compliant with the requirements of FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by Contractor". Can the government please confirm that they are not expecting us to declare any percentage for Phase 1 submittals (and by default, Phase 2 since we will not be allowed to make revisions to our Phase 1 submittals)?
See revised Section 00 72 00, FAR 52.236-1, per Am-0004.

42 Amendment #03, General Instructions
Specifications call for "Each page shall be identified with the appropriate page number centered at the bottom of the page"
Can the government please clarify how they would like pages to be numbered? Should offerors number each Factor separately? Should CPARS/PPQ Pages be numbered?
Also, Amendment 02 updated Section 00 22 10, Attachment 01 with a footer "(Am-0002)". Would the government like us to number pages around this, or is it acceptable to delete out "(Am-0002)" from the bottom of Attachment 01? Thank you for the clarification.
See revised Section 00 22 10, Paragraph 3.2, per Am-0004.
The "(Am-0002)" marking should not be deleted from the Section 00 22 10, Attachment 1.
