About this file

This document is an industry day announcement for an upcoming Department of Defense contract opportunity related to medical facility operations and maintenance (O&M) services.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District is hosting the 2024 Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Support Team Industry Day on August 13-15, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. The purpose is to gain knowledge of industry capabilities, including from small business concerns, to support the upcoming solicitation for DHA's Medical Facility O&M services. The services may include maintenance, repair, restoration, and modernization of HVAC, medical gas, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and other building systems at military medical facilities worldwide. The government is particularly interested in vendors with experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs. Registration is open through July 26, 2024, and one-on-one meetings with government and industry representatives will be available. The anticipated contract award is in the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2024, with a total potential value of $720 million across four MATOC contracts.
