5.2 Project Overview.
Water Management has the need to display water quantity and water quality data in web interfaces. The general layout of pages already exists. This effort may involve modification of current web pages and the addition of new web pages. The content of the web pages need to be updated based on feedback provided by the users and documented in the items below. The Contractor will provide the temporary services needed to correctly display water management data and information in a web environment.
All software source code, configurations, and reports developed and/or produced for this task will become the property of the U.S. Government. Any hardware that would need to be procured for these efforts will be provided by the U.S. Government and therefore will remain the property of the U.S. Government. All processes and procedures along with any associated documentation developed and/or produced for this task will become the property of the U.S. Government.
5.3 Project Objectives.
Objectives under this task order are intended to provide USACE with working web pages displaying information sourced from the Water Management data systems and other sources. Web pages can be of a static or dynamic nature.
5.4 Tasks.
All efforts conducted for these tasks need to function properly when displayed in either Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox.
Since there are a number of different types of products and documentation to be submitted by the Contractor, the Contractor and Corps technical POC will discuss various formats and the Corps technical POC will determine the standard format for each of products and associated documentation. Common formats that will be considered include Adobe PDF format, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and general text file.
Computer code, applications, and other electronic products along with documentation describing their content and use will be placed on Corps Water Management servers and the Corps technical POC shall be notified by the Contractor as to the location.
