About this file

This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, to identify sources capable of providing Pevco pneumatic tube systems for operation and maintenance work at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, Maryland. The Government intends to establish a brand name specification for Pevco equipment across multiple Firm-Fixed-Price, Operation & Maintenance with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contracts anticipated during Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028. Interested firms must submit manufacturer information, product data, and a written statement of compliance with stated requirements, including design information, supporting documentation, and a list of similar projects where the equipment has been successfully applied, complete with project locations and points of contact. Responses must be emailed to contacts identified in SAM.gov no later than 2:00 PM CST on June 32, 2026 (note: this date appears to contain a clerical error). The Government will not pay for materials submitted or return any provided data. This is a sources-sought notice only and does not constitute a request for proposals or a solicitation for placement on a mailing list. The Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to proceed with the Pevco brand name specification based on responses received.
