About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation that incorporates the Government's responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for Janitorial Services in Beeville, TX. The amendment is numbered 0001, effective May 7, 2026, for solicitation W9126G26QA083, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District, KO Contracting Division. The contracting officer is Christopher R. Preston.
The RFI responses clarify key service parameters: the facility comprises 1,500 cleanable square feet with tile and carpet flooring, 2 bathrooms, and an onsite dumpster for trash disposal. Services are required two days per week during business hours, with the contractor coordinating specific days with the onsite point of contact. The contractor must provide cleaning products and supplies as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). For additional specifications regarding HVAC filter replacement frequency, filter specifications, re-lamping requirements, pest control scope, window cleaning accessibility, floor care beyond routine maintenance, and provision of filters, bulbs, and toiletries, prospective bidders are directed to review the PWS and are encouraged to conduct site visits. The Government declined to provide previous contract award amounts, instructing bidders to conduct independent market research for pricing. Contractors acknowledge receipt of this amendment by completing items 8 and 15 or by acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer submitted prior to the specified deadline.
