About this file
This document is a set of industry questions and responses for Solicitation W9124X25QA011, a Department of Defense Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event for the Nevada National Guard. The solicitation seeks a venue in Reno, Nevada to host a two-day event on September 13-14, 2025, accommodating approximately 115 service members and their spouses. Key requirements include a four-star AAA-rated venue within 20 miles of Reno, three conference rooms (main room for 115 guests, breakout room for 60 guests, and a childcare room for 4 children), complimentary parking for an estimated 50 vehicles, and catering with meal options for various dietary restrictions.
Specific venue requirements include an on-site representative, AV technician, Wi-Fi accessibility for up to 140 devices, an elevated stage in the main conference room, and extension cords per room. Meal service includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks, with specific timing for each day. Childcare services must include sleeping mats and age-appropriate toys and entertainment. The solicitation does not require past performance documentation, and the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program will provide a tax-exempt letter. Offers are due by August 7, 2025, at 11:30 PM PDT, with the government evaluating proposals based on price, technical requirements, and past performance.
