About this file
This document is an Amendment 001 detailing a meals-per-day calendar for the Nevada Army National Guard from June 4-July 3, 2025. The calendar specifies meal requirements for multiple units at different locations, including Washoe County Armory (WCA) and Camp Washoe in Reno, NV. Meal details include breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for the 422nd HHC, 422nd C Co., and 422nd A Co., with specific accommodations for vegetarian, no pork, and allergy-sensitive meal options.
The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W9124X25Q0008) is a small business set-aside for commercial meal services, with a total solicitation value under the NAICS code 722320 (Caterers). The solicitation is issued by the Nevada Army National Guard, seeks commercial meal support for June 2025, and will evaluate quotes based on price and technical capability. Quotations are due by 11:59 PM PDT on May 12, 2025, and must be submitted via email to Greg Kothman, with award determined by best value to the government.
