SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following items are applicable to this modification:
W9124Q-17-R-0001/AMENDMENT0004
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. To INFORM offerors that the historical annual fuel cost for the day-to-day performance of this requirement are approximately $47,000.00/ year. Day-to-day operational fuel costs are different than fuel costs associated with Travel & Mileage in CLINs 0101, 0201, 0301, 0401 & 0501. Offerors can anticipate annual fuel costs of $47,000.00 per year to support daily performance of this contract not taking into account price fluctuations at the pump. Day-to-day fuel cost should be captured as ODC in the Labor CLINs 100, 200, 300, 400 & 500.
2. To CHANGE Government response to industry questions 4 to read:
4) A company bidding on just the minimum equipment list will have far less costs than a company that understands the technical issues associated with EOD responses. Will the Government consider breaking out the cost of contractor provided equipment as a separate line item that is evaluated for technical reasonableness?
Response – Yes. Offerors shall propose in accordance with the Governments CLIN structure. In addition offerors can also propose an alternate line-item structure which breaks out the cost of contractor provided equipment. See clause 252.204-7011 Alternative Line-Item Structure (Sep 2011) of the solicitation for further guidance.
3. The solicitation closing date of February 1, 2017, 11:00 am CST, remains unchanged.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
