W9124J-25-Q-A011 Q&A

Q1. Do you expect to use the boom lifts for more than 8hrs a day? If so, provide an estimated daily usage rate by boom type (80' and 120')

A1. Booms are being used around 12 hours/day for both 80' and 120' lifts. This is broken up across 2x 6-hour shifts with occasional breaks

Q2. How often do you expect boom lifts to be moved between jobsites?

A2. Anticipate around 3-4 potential moves during the period of performance. Project area has hills that we don't expect to safely drive a lift across, we're needing to transport the lifts around hills to continue work. No major movements anticipated but the short-distance moves would require vendor support.

Q3. Is the Period of Performance 8/4/25 to 11/4/25 for all equipment? Or is it:

CLIN 0001: 1,472 Days

CLIN 0002: 184 Days

CLIN 0003: 2,944 Days

A3. The Period of Performance is 92 days per piece of equipment

CLIN 0001: 1,472 Days = 16 (80’ Boom Lifts)

CLIN 0002: 184 Days = 2 (120’ Boom Lifts)

CLIN 0003: 2,944 Days = 32 (32 Safety Harness)

Reference “Instruction to O erors, 52.212-1 Addendum” document provides flexibility and encourages multiple quotes for staggered delivery and periods of performance.
