About this file
This document provides details on an amendment to a federal contract solicitation for resource efficiency manager services. The solicitation is requesting proposals from contractors to provide qualified energy management professionals to support energy and water management programs at various government installations. The resource efficiency managers would be responsible for reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and utility costs in compliance with federal laws and executive orders related to energy efficiency. Contractors must review and acknowledge updated provisions regarding certain telecommunications equipment and services that are now included in full text rather than by reference in the solicitation.
