COMBINED SYNOPSIS and SOLICITATION For Fort Benning Resource Efficiency Manger Services (REM)s
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation Number W9124J20R0039 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48CFR.
This is a Woman Owned Small Business Set-aside (WOSB). The associated NAICS code in 541330, the Small Business size standard is $41,500,000.00.
A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). See attached Contract Line Item Number (Clin) Structure.
Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. Services shall commence 10 Sep 2020 thru 09 Sep 2023 (to include options). Delivery of services will be US Army Garrison Ft Benning, GA. Acceptance and FOB point is US Army Garrison Ft Benning, GA.
