Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing this work? If so, could the government please provide a reference to the incumbent contract info?
No, there is no incumbent.
Due to the short nature of this requirement, the need to provide technical and past performance volumes, as well as key personnel, would the government please consider an extension of two days to 30 SEP 2020?
No, the Government will not consider an extension of two days to 30 Sep 2020.
Atch 02 and Atch 05
The PWS indicates that travel outside the local area will “seldom” occur. Could the government please provide a “plug” number for travel on the pricing worksheet or provide additional details, such as the numbers/locations of trips so they can accurately be priced on the pricing spreadsheet?
The contractor is expected to have no more than 2 CONUS travel requirements during the period of performance. To the extent possible, the contractor will participate in scheduled activities using distributed capabilities such the Battle Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE), secure and unclassified video teleconferencing and Teams. The contractor will gain access to these capabilities through the Concepts and Requirements Division.

Please advise if the due date for this Proposal can be extended? This opportunity was posted on Thursday, Sept. 24
at 6:30 p.m. and is due on Monday, Sept. 28 @ 9:00 a.m. In essence, we have one (1) business day to complete a HUGE proposal including four volumes with two being up to 25 pages each plus resumes. That is an unreasonable timeline, given the magnitude of the proposal requirements listed in Attachment 3. Further, If this is such an urgent requirement due to the end of fiscal year, why are you not considering a direct award? We respectfully request at least one week at a minimum. Please advise.
