Which implies a Labor Hours (LH) type contract.
Please clarify. If the contract is based on actual hours worked, for pricing purposes please estimate the number of Training Holidays that may be anticipated in a given FY.
RESPONSE: The contract type for this requirement is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This is not a Labor Hours Contract.

Can/should this be 1 of the 2 employees on this contract? AR 530-1 states that a Contractor’s OPSEC coordinator may perform OPSEC duties in a supporting capacity as an OPSEC coordinator so long as they do so under the supervision of a U.S. government employee or service member. Will a Government employee or service member be assigned this role? If yes, is there any conflict with the non-personal services nature of this contract or 1.6.13?
