1. Q-Are there and Army Safety Regulations specific to Ft, Huachuca and Ft. Bliss that the contract will have to follow other than standard OSHA requirements.

A-The army does have their own set of safety requirements but they parallel OSHA requirements.

2. Q-Will badging be required? What type of pre-screening is required for badging?

A-There is a badging requirement. Please refer to the enclosed PWS. No security clearance requirements exist for this contract.

3. Q-What is the definition of "Set-up"? SOW does not clarify expectations of the facility. It only discusses flooring and trim. There are plumbing and electrical requirements for the facility and the SOW is not specific of what is required.

A-Setup refers to the buildings to be returned to its original state with all plumbing, electrical, to remain intact once buildings are reassembled. This refers to plumbing and electrical inside the building. Connections to external utilities are not included in this contract.

"original state" includes trim, walls, doors, windows, latrines, floors, ceiling tiles, and fire/notification indicators are all operable and returned to the same state prior to disassembly.

4. Q-What are the conditions of the removal location and set up location? Any earth movement required.

A-No earth movement is required at the pickup site (Fort Bliss). Very little if any earth movement is required at destination site (Fort Huachuca) as units are replacing mod space trailers that are being removed. One site may need leveling depending on the height of stations the contractor is going to use.

5. Q-What are the specs of the facility? (only one floor plan shown) Are there any drawings?

A-both floor plans with pics are included in the embedded attachments.

6. Q-Base Hours of operation? Weekends A-Typically Monday through Fri. 0730-1700 (if extended hours are needed, we may be able to accommodate) image1.emf
