PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (PRS) TABLE
The purpose of this attachment is to:
a. List the contract requirements and work requirements considered most critical to satisfactory contract performance (See PRS Column 2).
b. Summarize the standards of performance in the specification for each specified work requirement (See PRS Column 3).
c. Provide Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for each work requirement (See PRS Column 4). The AQL is the defect rate in a population of services which, when exceeded, indicates the Contractor's quality control is not effective.
The AQL does not represent a threshold for payment deductions. Deductions are taken for all defects (with appropriate credit for rework) regardless of whether the AQL was exceeded.
d. Identify primary surveillance method (See PRS column 5)
d. Specify the percentage (weight) of contract requirement attributable to each listed work requirement (See PRS Column 6).
J-C1-2
J-C1-3
(1) - Unsatisfactory performance of this work requirement will result in an unsatisfactory rating for the entire contract requirement.

The location of any such parking shall not interfere with any airfield, stagefield or FARP operations.
9.0 Pesticide Storage and Disposal. Bulk pesticide storage on airfield, stage fields any other Fort Rucker property is not permitted. Working stocks of pesticides shall be maintained in locked storage compartments carried on Contractor vehicles and shall be removed from the airfield, stagefield or FARP at the end of each workday. Disposal of empty pesticide containers shall be off Government property and in accordance with applicable EPA, ADEM, and local regulations, laws, ordinances and policies as specified in the Installation Pest Management Plan.
10.0 Damages. The Contractor shall be responsible for damages incurred as a result of his/her vehicle and equipment operations and pesticide applications, to include monetary damages and mitigation of environmental impacts resulting from the contractor’s pesticide applications and spills, fuel spills and spray drift onto non-target areas.
