About this file

This Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract is for Sacramento Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) noon meal services. The solicitation (W9124D26QA033) involves catering services with an estimated daily average of 55 meals and a maximum of 120 meals. The previous contract was held by Columbia Street Catering (Contract W9124D21D0015). Key pricing and service details include: firm fixed per-meal pricing, meals to include beverages, Saturday service at standard rates, and monthly invoicing with 30-day payment terms.

Vendor questions were addressed, clarifying operational specifics such as service requirements (referencing PWS sections 5.4-5.6.4), dietary considerations (sections 5.12-5.14.2), and meal quantity expectations (PWS 5.18). The solicitation deadline for vendor questions was 10:00 am ET on December 30, 2025, with the contract administered by the U.S. Army Contracting Office at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Potential vendors were instructed to submit questions to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer to receive written responses.
