About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to a federal solicitation for the 2BDE Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Buffalo contract. The amendment extends the response due date from June 2 to June 10, 2025, and removes several option line items related to cadet and cadre meals, lodging, and training support. The contract requires a contractor to provide comprehensive services for 110 cadets and 14 cadre from June 25-28, 2025, including:
Key services include meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner with vegetarian options), lodging with separate accommodations for male and female participants, training facilities, and support for various activities such as climbing walls, high and low confidence courses, leadership reaction courses, water activities, obstacle courses, and land navigation. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract, with contractors required to submit quotes electronically to specified points of contact by the amended due date. The contract emphasizes providing safe, well-maintained facilities and professional, high-quality support for the cadet leadership training event.
