Questions and Answers

ATC ARMAG GATE MAINTENANCE

Solicitation Number: W9124C-24-Q-0005 Dated: 05 September 2024

1) Will the government please clarify if there is an incumbent providing service on this contract or is this level of effort a new need?

Answer: This level of effort is a follow-on.

2) If there is an incumbent, can the government please provide the most recent contract award number & contract value.

Answer: The Government is not able to supply that information at this time but can say this is a follow-on requirement.

3) During my brief research into this contract, I do not see who the Prime contract holder was, nor the dollar amount of the previous contract held; is this an oversight on my part?

Answer: Please the answers to questions One (1) and Two (2) above.

4) I assume that this gate is in place and not needing installation.

Answer: Yes, the gate is in place.

5) Who is the OEM of this gate and technology - Are they providing parts information or any specs on the gate?

Answer: For the gate there’s a tag for the OEM listed as A&E Design Group, Inc. I tried reaching out to the company today for the gate, but it was unsuccessful. There are no manufacture labels on the components that make up the technology. Every component has a different name.

6) If the service maintenance was performed by a previous contractor and you have SMEs that will spot check routine service calls (scheduled maintenance) then by what standard is the gate maintained?

Answer: The standard the gate is maintained is based off the Performance Work statement work scope once the COR does the COR monthly surveillance report.

7) Will a service manual for the gate in question be provided or at the very least specifics (dimensions, manufacturer [for the mechanized portions]) on the gate itself?

Answer: Yes

8) The security camera - Is it a separate component from the gate or a feature that's been integrated into the gate?

Answer: Yes
