Submissions from Site Visit Meeting and submitted questions through January 30, 2018, 0930 hours

QUESTION 10: (In regards to the addenda to 52.212-1, Item 3), Are the references noted in this determination of responsibility supposed to come from outside individuals or entities?

ANSWER: References can be from any Governmental or Industry source, no preference is given for either. References should establish your familiarity and ability to perform the Performance Work

Statement (PWS) requirements for the Water Wise and Energy Smart Program.

QUESTION 11 (paraphrased): Will there be a CLIN added for Other Than Direct Costs (ODC’s)?

ANSWER 11: No additional CLINs or sub-CLINs are planned for this contract. There will be no other ODC

CLINs other than Educational Materials and Advertising & Promotional Materials. ODC’s such as travel need to be included with the respective Support CLIN (Energy or Water). Reminder: This is a Firm Fixed-

Price contract.

QUESTION 12 (paraphrased): How will our proposal be evaluated?

ANSWER 12: Please see solicitation provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation—Commercial Items).

QUESTION 13 (paraphrased): If the Government shuts down again on the morning of February 9, 2018, how will that affect the solicitation receipt process?

ANSWER 13: If the Government is shut down on the morning of February 9, 2018, a notice will be posted to fbo.gov adding 30 days to the proposal turn-in date. All period of performance dates in the solicitation will have 30 days added to them in response to the shutdown and its effects.
