1 SF 1442 N/A

There are (3) SF30's but there is one document that reads "Amendment 0001" but it looks like a duplicate solicitation. Can you clarify if there are three or four amendments?RESPONSE/CLARIFICATION: Block 13 was updated from the original solicitation and issued out as

RESPONSE: There is no seed project. The bid bond value will be based on the total bid price pursuant to

Section L, 52.228-1. After award, task orders will be issued against the base contract. The awardee will be required to furnish bonds or irrevocable letters of credit, as applicable, for each task order pursuant to

Section I, 52.228-15 and 52.2218-16.

3 Section L, Instructions to Bidders 52.228-1(c)

Can you please clarify what the bid guarantee would need to represent? RESPONSE: The bid guarantee is under FAR 52.228-1(c) in Section L, Instruction to Bidders in the solicitation and it states: The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 5 percent of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less.
