W9123825QA034, Englebright Septic Pumping Services Questions and Answers.

1. If someone finds an interested company to do the job and you win the bid, is there a certain thing they need to do to enter that area?

1A. I am not sure what the question is asking here is my attempt to answer what I think the question is. The recreation areas are not blocked by any gates and cars can enter and exit the work areas freely. The restrooms that would need to be pumped are accessible. There are two locks located on the CXTs at Rice’s and Narrows, both locks are combo locks and the combo will be provided to the contractor upon award.

2. Would they just need to at least bring their Real ID each time?

2A. The contractor is usually in contact with the park office before hand, so we are aware that the contractor is coming. Identification is usually not required as generally pumping trucks do not come to the park accept to pump. We are not a secured military installation with guard gates.

3. The amounts need to each lined item is how many times in a year they would need to come to empty it, correct? For instance, it says Joe Miller Bathroom 5,500 gallon holding vault pumping services and under quantity it says 8.

3A. Correct, that is how many time it will be services.

4. Will someone tell them in advance when to come for each of these tanks when they need to be emptied?

4A. Yes the customer will advise and work with the contractor to execute the CLINS.

5. Is the quote the only thing required when submitting? or is there anything else to add like, their technical approach to do it or past job experience?

5A. Just the quote.

6. Is this a brand-new contract or an incumbent performing these services?

6A. This is a brand-new contract

7. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
