17. Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure a contract for mowing and maintenance services for Dewey Lake, Van Lear, Kentucky. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price performance-based commercial service, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, evaluated using best value method, NTE $1,630,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base period and four one-year option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All response quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following factors and are in descending order of importance: (A) Management; (B) Experience; (C) Equipment; (D) Past Performance; and (E) Cost/Price. All non-priced factors, when combined, are more important that cost/price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 30 July 2018, online at http:// www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov. Questions may be submitted to Patrina Singleton, parting.g.singleton@usace.army.mil. An FSC code of S208 and NAICS code 561730 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.5M. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside.
