About this file
This Brand Name or Equal Justification and Approval document outlines the acquisition of InBody 270 mobile bioelectrical impedance analysis devices or equal from multiple small business vendors. The Utah Army National Guard requires the devices to measure soldiers' weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass to track changes over time. The devices must be space-efficient, portable, lightweight, and able to store at least 80,000 soldier profiles and the last eight measurements for each soldier. Testing time per soldier should not exceed 20 seconds to expedite throughput. Award will be issued following a price analysis of competitive quotes received to ensure fair and reasonable pricing and maximum competition among qualified small businesses.
