Sheet1
| Question # | Question | Response | |
Is there a part number available for Each Line item? | No |
Are you looking to have a conference table for line items 1 and 4? They seem to be too big for an L-shaped desk? | We are looking for L-shaped desk. |
Was there a manufacturer that you had in mind when these specifications were created? We represent numerous manufacturers and cannot find an executive style HAT that is 96x42/30x42, it doesn't exist. Were there typographical errors. Could the desk be HAT and the return be stationary? Also, are there floor monuments, or will we need to provide solutions to get the power from the wall to the table? | The return should be stationary. Yes, please provide solutions to get the power to the table. |
What are the unloading conditions? Is there a dock? If so, are there any height restrictions? Should the delivery and installation labor-union or prevailing wage? | We have a loadign dock and freight elevator with 13'6" height restriction. The delivery and installation should be prevaling wage since there will be a purchase order in place. |
Is line item 1 a typo or is this a line for the installation? Please verify if this is for installation, and if this is not for installation, is contractor going to be responsible for installing the furniture? | Yes, contractor will be responsible for installing the furniture. |
The Line items 2 and, the main desk seems to be like a conference table already in size, making it an L-desk with dimensions 96" x 84" with depths of the desks at 42 and 30 respectively? This can be done, but modesty panels will be 4pcs for the 96"side and 2pcs for the 42"/44" side since its just an estimate as per furniture schedule attachment. Is that acceptable? | However many privacy panels that are needed to meet the requirements is fine. |
Item 11, the quantity is 2, I just wanted to verify that the dimensions provided are for 2-3 cabinets that will sum to 4-6 doors. If this is correct, shouldn't be the quantity just 1 same as line item 12? | |
| Also, is this going to be a single piece of 4-6 doors or 2-3 pieces of 2 door cabinets accepted? | The dimensions are different on the two pieces. | ||
Line item 20 and 21, can this be on a panel like the ones on a cubicle to accommodate the bar height worksurfaces? The Hutch/overhead storages can be on the panel or wall mounted still btw. | Yes. |
If contractor is responsible for installation, is there a storage/staging area for the parts of the furniture prior to installation date? | Yes. |
At what floor are the rooms at? If above ground floor, is there a service elevator to help carry the furniture? | Installation will be on the 22nd floor. There is a freight elevator available for use. |
I’m having trouble locating these furniture items with exact dimensions/ specifications. Can you please provide me with part numbers if you have any? If not, I will have to do substitutes/ alternates. | There are no part numbers. |
Site visit dates | The site visit dates will be 22-24 July 2024 from 0900-1100 and 1300-1500
