L.3.1.1.7.2.4.c states "The Offeror shall provide the following: FAR 52.222-46 Requested Data Furnished *Fringe Benefit Rate, *Compensation Plan *Salary Data."
Salary Data generally refers to providing supporting documentation to the pricing provided within the Cost/Price Template and in Volume IV. The current instructions require information related to fulfilling the requirement for FAR 52.222-46 this to be provided within the Management Volume, however, it will divulge cost information that is typically found in the Cost Narrative.
Question: Will the Government consider removing FAR 52.222-46 information from Volume II - Program Management and moving it to to be included in Volume IV - Cost/Price in accordance with instruction L.3.1.1.7.5.2 for supporting cost/price narratives?
Question: If the Government does not re-align the requirement to Volume IV, will the Government please advise what salary data is to be included in Volume II?
| Question: If the Government does not re-align the requrement to Volume IV, will the Government please confirm that responses to fulfill the requirements of FAR 52.222-46 will be excluded from the page count allowance for the Management Volume in totality, not just in the 5 page limit for the "Ability to Maintain a Skilled Workforce" requirement. If the government requires the compensation plan in the Program Management Approach Base Volume could it be excluded from the page count? | The Government has removed the requirements for paragraph L.3.1.1.7.4.3 and paragraph L.3.1.1.7.2.4 on solicitation Amendment five. | |
