Solicitation Questions:

1. Can you please confirm that the customer will not accept the normal industry standard of wooden tables for this project? a. Refer to PWS. Please note that no digging is authorized and no site visits are allowed.

5. Could you confirm the email address for submitting proposals and inquiries, as it is not explicitly listed in the solicitation?

a. Other factors include the customer accepting them as acceptable based on the PWS

7. "All packing materials and debris must be cleared from the site after setup and pickup." Will there be a dumpster at the sites to dispose of the contractors packing materials or other waste?

a. No

8. I would like to inquire whether this contract allows for subcontracting to another company. If subcontracting is permitted, could you please provide some guidance on what requirements or documentation the subcontractor would need to submit to be considered?

a. Subcontracting is permitted. Refer to FAR part 44.201-1 Consent requirements for subcontracting guidance.

9. Will the subcontractor be responsible for serving/cleaning the equipment during the rental period?

a. Ensure guidance is followed according to the PWS.

10. Would it be acceptable for the subcontractor to deliver and set up the equipment a day or two prior to the scheduled delivery date, or must it all be set up specifically on February 9th?
