Vegetative Maintenance Note: Any vegetation (i.e. 1” to 2” caliber trees, tree limbs, vines, brush, etc.) overtaking any of the aforementioned structures shall be pruned, cut-back, or removed 20’-0” minimum from outermost edge of structure. This general note does not include land disturbance, but only vegetation debris clean-up. However, is best if the vegetative debris is completely removed and deposed by means of equipment, if necessary, by minimal ground disturbance which should only be done in an appropriate manner by following all Fort Benning environmental requirements and Best Management Practices (BMP’s) for land disturbing/clean-up activities as outline by the GASWCC. This is typical for any and all existing structures outlined in this scope of work or as noted per the drawings.
