RFI RESPONSES #2

July 17, 2019

Request for Information #2

1. Is the intent of this solicitation to set unit prices for future work, task orders, or to determine reasonableness of pricing for making an award?

Answer: Set unit prices for future task orders.

2. How are costs for access to be handled? The individual unit prices do not indicate the height of work to be performed, which could greatly impact productivity and costs. Without knowing a specific locations constraints, how can we incorporate the proper and competitive costs inclusive of access.

Answer: See Attached excel spread sheet – CLIN descriptions the information per CLIN is for all contract years (base year and option years).

3. Can additional unit price items be provided for access, such as hard scaffolding, swing scaffolding, lifts, etc?

Answer: See Attached excel spread sheet – CLIN descriptions the information per CLIN is for all contract years (base year and option years).
