About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) spreadsheet for a refuse services contract at Granite City, IL. The document outlines three key performance objectives with associated standards, thresholds, and incentives/disincentives.

The performance objectives include: 1) Contractor employee identification requirements, mandating company ID badges with photos prior to facility access; 2) Solid waste dumpster maintenance standards, requiring serviceable containers with proper labeling and functional covers, with 30-day replacement requirements for non-compliant containers; and 3) Monthly submission requirements for the 88th RD Solid Waste Disposal Report with invoicing. All objectives have a 100% performance threshold, with incentives including positive CPARS ratings and full payment, while disincentives include corrective action requests, negative CPARS ratings, and potential payment reductions or contractor charge-backs for non-conforming services.
