About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for snow removal services at five locations throughout the state of Ohio. The purpose of the amendment is to respond to vendor questions. The original solicitation, W911SA24Q3143, was issued on September 16, 2024, with quotes due by the date and time listed. The performance period is November 1, 2024 (or subsequent date) to October 31, 2025, with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension. The contracting agency is the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort McCoy. The amendment clarifies that the government will communicate only with the prime contractor, not subcontractors, and that the prime contractor is responsible for maintaining the required insurance coverage.
