Vendor Questions for Solicitation W911SA-19-Q-3055 Water and Wastewater Lab Analysis at Fort McCoy, WI
Question 1:
CLN #1007, CLN #4007 is for WET testing. This type of testing is usually handled directly by the facility operators because of the complexity of the testing, the numerous options, etc. Is there any way that can be separated out of this solicitation?
Answer 1:
Toxicity tests shall be performed on the effluent in accordance with the procedures specified in the "State of Wisconsin Aquatic Life Toxicity Testing Methods Manual, 2"'1 Edition" (PUB-WT-797, November 2004) as required by NR 219.04, Table A, Wis. Adm. Code). All of the WET tests required in this contract, including any required retests, shall be conducted on the Ceriodaphnia dubia and fathead minnow species.
