About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W911S825QA011, which addresses vendor inquiries about a portable latrine rental and servicing contract for the Department of the Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

The document clarifies several key details about the contract execution: The start date is confirmed as Friday, March 7 (correcting a clerical error that listed it as Saturday); the servicing schedule will follow the Master Latrine Schedule referenced in the solicitation; SSG Miles Carlton is identified as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and point of contact for latrine placement, with his contact information available on page 6 of the solicitation under CLIN 0001 and 0002; security protocols and access restrictions are addressed in PWS paragraphs 1.4.4-1.4.9; and no government-furnished equipment or services will be provided as stated in paragraph 3.0 of the PWS. The contract period extends through March 31, 2025, though no location maps are available for the training center sites.
