Responses to Questions for W911S8-17-R-0002 (Revision 2, Dated 8 March 2017)

11) Is a bid bond required?

A bid bond is not required. Any required performance and payment bonds will be at the Task Order Level.

12) There were multiple questions regarding TE-1 and the coefficient. The following information is provided for clarification purposes:

a. Offerors will complete and submit TE 1 (Revision1) with their offer.

Note: These are the offerors proposed unit prices and does not include their coefficient.

b. Offerors will provide coefficients for JBLM & YTC.

13. You have stated in the Q & A provided that we are to assume the quantities will be the same for each of the option years. This works well if we are simply providing unit prices and a total for each year.

If your intent is for us to provide a coefficient for each option year, again what pricing do we base this on?

Offeror will provide the coefficients for the base year. Option year coefficients are calculated IAW the Performance Work Statement, Section 01 11 00.
