| The Qualifications for the Project Manager are still not clear when you take into account the multiple questions/answers and the Amended Annex A. It remains unclear if the CFM requirement still stands or if it is satisfied by a Baccalaureate Degree plus 5 years relevant experience. Can the Government please clarify if CFM is a requirement in addition to a degree and years of service? | Revised PWS language to provide clarity. See Annex A - Section 2.4.3.1. |
| The Pest Management Plan requirement was addressed however, there are still other “plans” that remain in the Annexes that are required with the proposal. Typically detailed equipment lists, specs, and cut sheets like those required by CDRL A1043 are not applicable to FFP contracts and if required they are typically post-award deliverables. The equipment cut sheets and specifications will consume critical proposal space. Will the Government please confirm that CDRL A1043 Contractor Furnished Equipment/Depreciation from Annex F is required with our proposal? If so, can Section L be updated to reflect the addition of these Plans to Volume I and additional page count be allotted to allow for these CDRLs? Or can these plans be omitted from Page Count limitations entirely? | CDRL A1043 has been deleted. This is a FFP contract and the Contractor is expected to provide all equipment, in lieu of GPE as depicted in the TEs, required to complete the job IAW the standards. See revised PWS. |
| The Government does not define the term "critical systems" in any of the amended documents. Based on the Government knowledge and applicability of the term Critical Systems to existing Fort Gordon infrastructure, will the Government please provide a list of systems which have been classified as critical either in the past or currently? Or at least a definition of what the Government considers a critical system? If a one contractor lists 7 critical systems in an annex and another contractor lists only 5, how will the Government score the two companies? Will the higher number receive a better score? | Removed the word critical from the RFP. The offeror is expected to have an understanding of systems that fall within each Annex. |
| We are having great difficulty in presenting the organization chart that includes all of the various departments and positions onto an 8-1/2 x 11 page. The only way it will work is by splitting the org chart into multiple pages, which then creates difficulty in seeing/understanding the entire organization and lines of authority being presented. |
Will the Government please reconsider letting us use an 11X17 page to present the organizational chart?
| The organizational chart will remain on a 8-1/2 x 11 page. However, the font can be reduced to no less than 8-point and may be produced in landscape mode. | |
| Will the due date be extended? | The due date will remain 31JAN2022. |
| Attachment 8 Pricing Matrix Banding V3, that CLIN X015 is not represented in Attachment 9 Pricing Matrix LCAT v3. Was this intentional or should offerors add CLIN X015, or omit this CLIN and submit Attachment 9 as is? | The Attachments will remain the same. Submit Attachment 9 as requested. |
