Industry Questions and Answers.
Question 1. I just need to clarify do you still have an existing contract to MAJOR CONTRACTING SERVICES, INC.? As per the related notice on the sam.gov. Answer, … Yes.
Question 2. Can we still provide a proposal for this solicitation? Answer, …Yes.
Question 3. Also, to clarify the request for this solicitation, are you needing 300 porta potties and 100 hand wash stations? Answer, this is only an estimated number on the Pricing Matrix, Column E there is not set number for portable latrines or hand washing stations these numbers can go to the right or left depending on military training requirements.
Question 4. Please clarify the amount that you would like to see included on Row 6. Base rental or Base rental plus a service (to include unit stocked with supplies and pumped when picked up). Are the units considered a Base Rental Plus a Service? …. Meaning upon removal and relocation of units to another area, are the units to be stocked with supplies and pumped? Or are the units a Base Rental? … Meaning are units to be moved carrying the current waste contents without being cleaned during removal and relocation. Answer… Yes, only if required, moving or relocating, at our request, the units must be restocked and cleaned to begin in the new location. It is considered as a new request.
