About this file

This document provides questions and answers related to solicitation number W911QY-23-R-1022 for CBRND Countermeasures Portfolio Support. The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground issued additional information to interested offerors, addressing a calculation error in the pricing worksheet for option years two through five. Specifically, the reference to the annual escalation percentage was not fixed, resulting in incorrectly calculated escalated rates that referenced the preceding row rather than a fixed percentage defined by the offeror. The Army has since amended the pricing worksheet to resolve this error.

The following are questions received from industry and answers provided by the Government related to solicitation W911QY-23-R-1022. This additional information aims to provide interested offerors with the most current information.

Question and Answer #3:

Question 1 – There is a calculation error in the “CLIN 1001” and “CLIN 1002” worksheets. In Columns G, K, O, and S for Option Years 2 – 5, the reference to the annual escalation percentage in Row 11 is not fixed, resulting in the calculated, escalated rates for these periods to calculate incorrectly by referencing the preceding row and not a fixed reference to the offeror defined percentage. Would the Government please review and issue a revised pricing worksheet to ensure offerors evaluated pricing is calculated correctly and consistently between offerors?

Answer 1 – The pricing worksheet has been amended to address this error.
